- Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
The project has not yet started or no significant work has been completed.
A formal cancellation request is made within 7 days of payment.
The issue causing dissatisfaction is due to Unique Developers’ failure to deliver agreed-upon services.
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
The project has already been completed or delivered.
The client has approved the work at different project stages.
Delays caused by the client, such as lack of communication, missing information, or late approvals.
Change of mind or a request for features not included in the initial agreement.
Third-party service costs, such as hosting, domain registration, or software licenses, which are non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if:
Work has been started but not completed, and the client decides to cancel.
The client is dissatisfied with a portion of the service, and a mutually agreed resolution is not possible.
- Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Email info@uniquedevhub.com with your order details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documents.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 7 business days and determine eligibility.
- Approval & Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
