After full payment, ownership of the software will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

Unique Developers reserves the right to use completed projects in its portfolio unless requested otherwise by the client.

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose project details to third parties without consent.

Clients must not disclose Unique Developers’ proprietary methods or trade secrets.

  1. Warranties & Liability

Unique Developers provides software “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance.

We are not liable for issues arising from misuse, third-party services, or unauthorized modifications.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

  1. Revisions & Modifications

Minor revisions are allowed as part of the agreed project scope.

Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Any modifications after project completion will require a separate agreement.

  1. Termination of Services

Clients can cancel services before project initiation with a written request.

Unique Developers reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms or fails to make payments.
